Administrative and Marketing Assistant

We are a growing company with a fun and positive vibe that helps people sell or buy businesses. We are seeking an Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, has strong verbal and written communication skills, recognizes areas of opportunity for growth, improvement and streamlining and is a problem-solver by nature. 

The Assistant will work directly with the company leaders to assist with various daily tasks, with a focus including:

- Prepare listing materials: pre-marketing presentation, Marketing Agreements, Sellers’ Disclosures, research and put together business profiles, etc.

- Consult & coordinate with sellers all business photos, documents, etc.

- Assist with all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed asset purchase agreement to closing.

- Coordinate with other parties to ensure smooth transactions.

- Input all client information into the client database system.

- Data entry into sales and contract systems, spreadsheets or documents

- Assist with  graphic design on various projects.

- Assist in video editing for social media.

This position is 40 hours per week. Candidates should be available Monday through Thursday for 8 hours a day… 9 am to 5 pm.

Job Requirements

Must speak English. Must feel comfortable in a fast paced environment and give attention to detail.
