We're seeking an Appointment Setter with excellent English skills for phone communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote work environment, possess a fast learning ability, and demonstrate proficiency in scheduling appointments. Prior calling experience is a plus, but exceptional English and adaptability are paramount.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with team members.
• Provide excellent service during all interactions.

Job Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability.
• Prior experience in outbound calling preferred.
• Home office setup with a quiet workspace, computer, reliable internet, headset, and backup emergency plan.
