We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our marketing team. This role involves managing and executing cold email campaigns, cold calling, and cold direct messaging (DMing), lead qualifying over phone and video calls, following up & managing the CRM to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, excels in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record in lead generation. I will pay a performance bonus as well. $1,000/m + $10 per appointment show up. OTE: $3000 - $6000 / m
Cold Outreach: Conduct cold email campaigns, cold calls, and cold DMs to identify and engage potential clients.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure high-quality appointments. Must be able to do discovery calls via phone and zoom/google meet.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and meetings for our sales team with qualified leads.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in our CRM system.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on outreach metrics and appointment-setting performance, continuously optimizing strategies for better results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other relevant technology.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
