The purpose of this role is to help our Building Energy Assessor with his office-based tasks.
Specifically, you will need to determine what documents are required for the each Energy Assessment, and contact clients to gather them.
Over time, we would like you to take on the additional responsibility of producing draft energy assessments. Training will be provided for this, but you will need a baseline understanding of mathematics (geometry, algebra, and arithmetic) as a starting point.
The role will be on an independent contractor basis

Payment amount will depend on the level of assistance that you can provide:
€500 per month: Determining what certificates are required for each assessment, contacting clients to obtain them + other basic administration tasks
€750 per month: You also do energy calculations and enter data into our software to produce draft energy assessments
€1000 per month: You also have a deep understanding of building energy performance and assist with designing heat pump systems
Your working hours will need to overlap substantially with Irish office hours (8am-6pm Monday-Friday, Irish time). But they don't have to match perfectly. For example, it will be fine if you start at 11 am, Irish time.
