Job Overview:

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support for our Go High Level (GHL) CRM and marketing services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of GHL CRM and marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries related to GHL CRM and marketing services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Technical Assistance: Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide step-by-step guidance on using GHL CRM features effectively.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Educate customers on best practices for utilizing GHL CRM and marketing services to achieve their business goals.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for reference and analysis.
  • Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish, adapting to the language preference of the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably with CRM systems such as Go High Level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to customers with varying levels of expertise.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
