Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
  • Manage appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and calendar management.
  • Engage with social media (no posting required).
  • Perform invoicing tasks.
  • Document your own tasks meticulously.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish communication and comprehension.
  • Strong appointment setting and calendar management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Professional attitude and approach to work.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience with minimal supervision required.
