Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will be well organized and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate should be efficient with bookkeeping, technology and software such as Microsoft Office & Quickbooks; strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial records. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.


Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
  • Provide regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. (weekly, monthly and yearly)
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents and records in an easily accessible manner.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with virtual businesses and RV rental businesses (assets that depreciate)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
