We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our office, support management, and enhance overall office efficiency.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and resolve issues professionally.
Phone and Email Management: Answer incoming calls, return customer calls, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Communication: Relay tasks and updates between customers and employees, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Scheduling: Schedule estimates and jobs, follow up with customers regarding appointments, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Data Entry: Input job receipts into spreadsheets, maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Social Media Management: Create and post content on social media to promote our services and engage with our audience.
8+ hours per day
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PT (30 min lunch)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar remote administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
