Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Integrity Tax Software, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with our marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance our offerings and market reach.




Job Responsibilities

  • dentify and target new business opportunities through strategic market analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create demand and recognition for the company.
  • Provide insights into product development based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and ensure consistent communication with senior management.
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and other events to boost networking and company visibility.



Job Requirements

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $8/hour plus commission
  • Benefits: Paid training; performance-based bonuses
  • Hours: Monday - Through Friday 9AM - 3 PM CDT

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage at least 3-5 client appointments per week to discuss tax software solutions.
  2. Sales Goals: Achieve a target of 7-10 net new sales per month by effectively promoting Integrity Tax Software’s products and services.
  3. Client Interaction: Use active listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their tax processing efficiency.
  4. Performance Reviews: Participate in semi-annual performance reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning and training to stay updated on product offerings and enhance sales techniques.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Client Retention: Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
