Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, following up with leads, and nurturing relationships with current clients. You’ll play a key role in driving new business opportunities and helping us expand our client base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in digital marketing, automation, or SaaS environments).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter with a high level of motivation and a passion for closing deals.

• Experience using CRM tools to manage and track leads.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

• A team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to inbound leads through Facebook and Google ads as well as some of our other lead sources.
  • Monitor our Facebook group for Wix users looking for help that can turn into a paid project.
  • Set up meetings and consultations between potential clients and our team.
  • Research and identify potential leads using various tools (Apollo).
  • Reach out to new leads via email, calls, and other channels while working alongside the existing automation campaigns.
  • Follow up with existing leads and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
  • Work closely with the team to execute outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and interactions in the CRM.
  • Understand our services and be able to effectively communicate the value we bring to businesses.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach goals.


Job Requirements

  • Proven sales experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, specifically in digital marketing or SaaS environments. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales is essential.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Understanding of key concepts in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and business automation. Ability to communicate these concepts clearly to prospects.
  • CRM experience: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, sales pipelines, and outreach efforts. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and build relationships through various communication channels (email, calls, video, etc.)
  • Results-oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. A self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to close deals and grow revenue.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and automations is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn new tools quickly is essential.
  • Lead nurturing: Experience in nurturing leads from cold outreach to closing, with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships and upselling where appropriate.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities. Able to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently while ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to pivot strategies based on client needs and market trends.
  • Team collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and account management teams to coordinate outreach efforts and ensure a seamless sales process.
