Call Center Agent

Full Job Description

Wirks Moving & Storage is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Remote Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls with a focus on confirming job details for existing customers, gathering and entering information from leads into our CRM, billing out employees in the field, and qualifying potential leads. This role requires excellent English communication skills, the ability to type 50+ words per minute, and a customer-centric approach. Previous sales experience is a significant advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Inbound Calling:

• Confirm job details with existing customers to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Gather detailed information from leads and accurately enter the data into the CRM system.
• Assist with billing processes for employees working in the field by collecting necessary information and processing it accordingly.

Outbound Calling:

• Reach out to existing customers to confirm job details and ensure all information is up-to-date and correct.
• Qualify potential leads by determining their interest in our services and setting up further communication for interested prospects.

Job Requirements

• Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and leads.
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Some sales experience is a major advantage, with the ability to engage potential leads and convert them into customers.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time and tasks efficiently.
