Full Job Description

Lead Generation:

• Prospect research and identification: Using various sources like industry directories, online databases, or company websites, identify potential clients who could benefit from the company's products or services.
• Qualifying leads: Through conversation, assess if the potential client has a need for what the company offers and if they have the decision-making authority.
• Transferring Calls: If a lead is qualified, transfer the call to a sales rep.

Communication:

• Cold calling: This is the core responsibility - using well-crafted scripts or talking points to initiate phone conversations with potential clients who haven't expressed prior interest.
• Active listening: Pay close attention to the potential client's needs and concerns to effectively tailor the conversation and present the company's offerings in a relevant way.
• Objection handling: Be prepared to address potential client concerns and overcome objections in a professional and persuasive manner.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Transfer calls
• Maintain accurate customer records

Job Requirements

Schedule:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a paid 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks

Compensation:

• Competitive salary of $800 per month with opportunities for raises based on performance reviews (conducted every 6 months)
• Potential for bonuses based on achieving specific goals (e.g., exceeding lead generation targets)
• Opportunities for advancement to higher positions with increased salaries
