Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, building rapport, and setting up appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate services
• Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate interest and trust in our services
• Set appointments for our real estate agents to meet with qualified leads
• Keep accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently engage with clients and overcome objections
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
