We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Real Estate Educational Community dedicated to empowering Spanish-speaking people with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the Real Estate market. We offer project tours, workshops, advanced mentoring program and other resources designed to help our members achieve their Real Estate goals.

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and convincing Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for engaging conversations, a persuasive communication style, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed in Real Estate. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce them to our educational offerings, and convert leads into enthusiastic community members.

We offer:

• Monthly salary of $500-$600 (according to your experience)
• Up to $300 extra in sales commissions.
• Up to $1,000 extra complementary bonus.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads.
• Introduce and explain our Real Estate education events, advanced mentoring program and other resources.
• Identify client needs and tailor your pitch to highlight relevant benefits.
• Overcome objections and answer questions about our offerings.
• Follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Maintain accurate record of sales activities.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to optimize outreach strategies.
• Achieve and exceed established sales objectives.

Job Requirements

• Full-time availability (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
• Exceptional verbal communication in Spanish and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• High energy, enthusiasm, positive, proactive and a results-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
