We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads and set appointments through cold calling. You must have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. You will be paid 5-8$ an hour, depending on your qualifications. In addition, you receive a 10$ bonus for every lead you schedule and an additional $100-$400 for every deal closed from your leads.

Responsibilities:

-Make outbound cold calls to property owners.

-Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects.

-Be open to learning the basics of roofing sales.

-Set appointments for our field sales team.

-Must commit to a minimum of 5 hours a day of cold calling.

-Must speak fluent English

-Must have little to no accent while speaking English.

-Have access to a computer and phone

-Must have a basic understanding of a computer.
