Full Job Description

KamaHomes is looking for a Copywriter with Graphic Design skills (or a Graphic Designer with Copywriting ability) to help market our properties for sale, connect with our clients, and attract new clients.

Job Responsibilities

This position will create the marketing for three different audiences...

1. Listing Marketing: in collaboration with direction from agents, the marketer will create draft marketing including the copy for flyers, permanent flyers, interior signage, letters from the sellers, narratives, maps, and additional marketing that is needed to effectively list and sell homes.
2. Direct Client Marketing: from monthly mailers that are printed to magazines we produce to updating in-house presentations and graphics using a consistent voice and brand guidelines
3. Outbound Marketing Efforts: Prepare effective campaigns including call's to action, items of value, and evergreen content.

All of these will require research, natural curiosity, and an understanding of consumer behavior.

Job Requirements

This position requires, at a minimum, intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign while an understanding of Microsoft Publisher is helpful as well. Copywriting experience with a focus on creating compelling copy that resonates with specific audiences is vital. These audiences are English speaking/reading so an advanced ability to write in English is critical. Research ability and critical thinking/connecting concepts to reality are key to success.
