Position Overview:

• As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide expert product recommendations. Your role will be pivotal in driving our growth, with opportunities to lead and manage as we expand.

Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide expert product recommendations
• Guide prospective customers through the sales process
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
• Resolve order-related issues promptly
• Ensure customers receive their orders on time and assist in troubleshooting any problems that may arise

Typical Daily Activity include:

• Call inbound leads and prospective customers
• Provide expert product recommendations
• Follow up and guide prospective customers through the sales process
• Updating customers on order status or delays
• Post-purchase follow-ups
• Handling returns, warranty claims, and chargebacks
• Managing backorders efficiently
• Notifying customers of any issues, providing alternative solutions, and addressing damaged items

Candidate Requirements:

Additional Details:

• Required - Internet: Fast, stable connection
• Work Environment: Be prepared to answer calls promptly during business hours, with no disruptive background noise (e.g., coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.).

Working Hours:

• Full-time position (40 hours/week): Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM US Eastern Time.
