Allsecurityequipment.com, a leading e-commerce company specializing in security equipment, is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based in Latin America, requiring excellent English communication skills both in writing and speaking. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST with a 1-hour break. We offer competitive compensation, with payments made via wire transfer or cryptocurrency, and two weeks of paid vacation per year.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions through various platforms, including Shopify and Gorgias. Your role will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with impeccable communication skills. Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias or other chat apps, and Zoom is essential, and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
