Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for patients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, doing patient intakes, and explaining insurance benefits. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills in order to successfully perform this role. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will be essential in creating a positive experience for our patients.
