Full Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or chat/email. 

This is a long term commitment and a full time position.

Work Conditions:

9 am to 5 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday, 35 to 40 hours a week

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Sales experience like order taking and other adhoc task
• Provide follow up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues
• Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential
• General Administrative task

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Spanish Bilingual
