Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

Salary: USD 900 per month

Brooks Moving and Hauling is in search of a versatile Customer Service & Receptionist VA to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses handling customer inquiries, collecting payments, resolving claims and tickets, as well as managing phone reception duties.

Job Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

- Manage receptionist duties, including answering incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages.

- Collect payments from customers upon completion of services, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.

- Address and resolve customer claims and tickets in a timely and effective manner, providing satisfactory resolutions.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and receptionist activities.

- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery and receptionist coverage.

Job Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in customer service, receptionist duties, or related fields.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using customer service software, Microsoft Office Suite, and phone systems.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
