We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Success Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in onboarding new users onto the platform, by welcoming them at purchase, and guiding them along in the onboarding process! Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with the user at purchase, set expectations as to whats to come, and guide them along the onboarding process we have set for them!
