Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Success Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in onboarding new users onto the platform, by welcoming them at purchase, and guiding them along in the onboarding process! Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with the user at purchase, set expectations as to whats to come, and guide them along the onboarding process we have set for them!

We help real estate investors generate new leads through automated outreach, automated follow up, and through guided mentorship by the founders themselves!


Position: Customer Success Advisor


Location: Remote


Hours: 40+ hours per week


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Congratulate all new user with 24 hours of sign up via phone call, and set expectations as to whats to come!
  • Make a minimum of 50+ unique calls daily to existing user base to move them along through the onboarding process
  • Demonstrate a 110% commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Showcase advanced communication skills and a love for problem-solving.


Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support!!
  • Proved experience utilizing Go High Level!!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • GREAT & POSITIVE attitude is a MUST!


Requirements

  • Advanced level of English is highly desirable.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet place for making calls.
  • Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ultimately contributing to the long-term success and growth of the business.


Compensation

  • VERY Competitive hourly pay based on experience, and English proficiency level.
  • Very fast growing company, with ability for promotion in role and compensation to be expected quickly
