Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing a top-notch support to our customers and assisting our executive team in various tasks.

It is not a requirement to have experience in freight. It would help. But if you don’t have it we will make sure you have all the training you need to be successful.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answer customer phone calls, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Engage with customers via live chats and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with our carrier partners through phone and email to gather information about shipments and resolve any issues.


Job Requirements

  • Mandatory:
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support roles, preferably over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated patience and confidence when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Optional:
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Background in sales.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
