We are a group of the best patient-getting ninjas, working daily to sharpen our skills and answer the call to those in need. Helping weary and tired private practice owners fill their clinics with tons of patients so they can live the life they want. 


More specifically, we are a Marketing Agency with a special focus on helping physical therapists (speech and occupational therapists too) get more patients in the clinic and we are the BEST at what we do! We use Google and Meta Ads with HighLevel as our CRM. We’re headquartered in Maryland.

What we’re looking for:

We need a Digital Ad Specialist 


(((Do not apply unless you are a ROCKSTAR)))


This is a remote (work-from-home) full-time position.


We need Google and Meta Ad geniuses that can take existing proven templates and make them better! Someone to manage ads on a routine basis and onboard new clients. Someone who can work closely with HighLevel and knows attribution inside and out. 


Again, we need a rockstar that can handle:

  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • Go HighLevel
  • Attribution Tracking in both platforms


This role requires split testing and strong right-brain thinking. Looking at graphs, documenting data, and constantly optimizing ads/landing pages! Please note, there is no client-side engagement only ad management. 


Salary & growth opportunities:

  • Digital Ad Specialist starts at $2500 per month 
  • Managing 8-12 accounts (many accounts are multi-practice accounts).
  • You’ll work under a manager and meet at least once a week in EST.
  • You’ll be graded on your conversion rates

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns to attract prospective patients for our clients.
  • Analyze performance data of campaigns to ensure they meet the strategic marketing goals.
  • Manage the integration of targeted ads on various platforms, including social media, search engines, and healthcare-related websites.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track the effectiveness of advertising strategies and gather insights on patient engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine digital ad content based on analytics and patient feedback.
  • Maintain constant communication with the marketing team to synchronize ad campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Optimize ad campaigns according to analytics to increase patient inquiries and conversions.
  • Meet and exceed the performance targets for digital ad campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.


Job Requirements

  • ROCKSTARS ONLY - digital marketing monsters only. Do not even bother to apply unless you're incredible. 
  • Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of attribution in both Google and Meta. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to create compelling ad copy.
  • Must be available during New York City hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • Proficient in using GHL software to analyze customer interactions and data to improve advertising strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a marketing team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible in work hours, with availability to adjust as campaign needs change.
