Full Job Description

As the Director of Wow - Agent Onboarding and Development, you will be responsible for recruiting and integrating new agents into our brokerage. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that new agents feel welcomed, supported, and prepared to excel in their careers. You will also contribute to administrative and accounting functions, ensuring smooth operations within the brokerage.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our brokerage.
  • Create and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new agents are fully prepared to start their careers with us.
  • Provide training sessions and resources to help agents with company systems
  • Foster a positive company culture that promotes collaboration, growth, and success.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of new agents, providing ongoing support and feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align onboarding with company goals and values.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to agent onboarding, including paperwork, licensing, and compliance.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing agent commissions and maintaining financial records.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our onboarding and training programs.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, training, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop effective onboarding and training strategies.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Passion for creating a positive and supportive company culture.
