**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch / Customer Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Receive incoming calls and emails from customers and clients
- Schedule and dispatch field service personnel to appropriate locations
- Monitor and track the progress of service technicians in the field
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service appointments
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dispatch or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and customer management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
