Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dispositions Agent / Sales and Client Relations Specialist with a strong track record in real estate investing and wholesaling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing buyer relationships 🤝, negotiating deals 💼, and ensuring smooth property transactions 📝. This role involves matching buyers with the right properties, handling all negotiations for successful closings 🏁, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Experience in Real Estate: Ideally, you have experience in a Real Estate Agent's world and understand the industry's nuances.

Compensation 💵:

  • Salary based on experience: starting at $2,000 base + commissions on closed deals.
  • Additional performance-based incentives and bonuses 🎉.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Buyer Relationship Management 🤝:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property buyers.
  • Communicate regularly with buyers to understand their property preferences, investment goals, and financial criteria 💬.
  • Provide regular updates on available properties and ongoing deals 🔔.

Negotiations and Closing Deals 💼:

  • Negotiate with buyers to ensure fair and profitable terms for each transaction 🤑.
  • Present properties compellingly, highlighting key value propositions and potential returns for investors 💡.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to move deals toward closing 🏁.
  • Ensure contracts are accurate and timely, coordinating with all involved parties 📑.

Property Marketing and Promotion 📣:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and distribute property listings across various platforms 🖥️.
  • Use CRM tools and sales strategies to promote properties to targeted buyers 🎯.
  • Conduct property showings (virtual or in-person) 🏡.

Deal Management 📋:

  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and resolution ⏱️.
  • Track and document all transactions, communications, and buyer interactions in the CRM 📊.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (acquisitions, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth and compliant transactions ⚖️.

Market Expertise 🏘️:

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in the target regions 📰.
  • Provide insights to buyers on the current market, property valuations, and investment strategies 🧠.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or a related field 📆.
  • Proven ability to nurture buyer relationships and close deals 🏡💰.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections 🗣️.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, property values, and transaction processes 📚.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and relationships simultaneously 🤹.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools 💻.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 📞.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 🚀.
  • Real estate license (preferred but not required) 🏅.
