Administrative Assistant

We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in helping people buy and sell businesses. We are seeking a highly proactive and self-starting Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage listing materials including pre-marketing presentations, Marketing Agreements, Sellers’ Disclosures, and business profiles.
  • Consult and coordinate with sellers regarding business photos, documents, etc.
  • Assist with all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed asset purchase agreements to closing.
  • Coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Input client information into the client database system.
  • Perform data entry into sales and contract systems, spreadsheets, or documents.
  • Assist with graphic design and video editing for social media projects.


Job Requirements

Position Details:

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Central Time USA.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, great communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
