Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee the creation and design of several daily desktop calendars each year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product design lifecycle, from ideation and concept creation to the final design. This role requires close collaboration with designers and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, engaging desktop calendars that meet market needs and delight our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Product Design: Lead the design process of daily desktop calendars, including concept creation, content development, and final design.
• Project Management: Develop and manage detailed design project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of calendar products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to generate innovative and appealing calendar designs and content.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, informing product design choices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between design teams and other departments, ensuring clear communication of project goals and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality control process of design elements, ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality and are free from errors or defects.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor product design performance post-launch, gathering customer feedback to inform future product designs and improvements.
