Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is vital for assisting the CEO and COO in driving projects forward and solving challenges to help grow the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and COO, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing various projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and facilitating the onboarding of new team members.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data to prepare reports for executive review, offering insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Sales Support: Aid in sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
