Full Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Virtual Assistant to handle customer service calls, manage appointments, and perform invoicing tasks. This part-time, remote position requires proficiency in English and Spanish, strong organizational skills, and 1-5 years of relevant experience.


Hours:

  • Tuesday and Friday : 10am to 3pm US Central
  • Wednesday and Thursday : 11am to 4pm US Central



Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
  • Manage appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and calendar management.
  • Engage with social media (no posting required).
  • Perform invoicing tasks.
  • Document your own tasks meticulously.



Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish communication and comprehension.
  • Strong appointment setting and calendar management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Professional attitude and approach to work.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience with minimal supervision required.


Language:

Spanish proficiency at C1 Level is required.
