We are currently in search of a new bookkeeping firm or individual to handle our bookkeeping needs as we grow. I’m all about efficiency so this document outlines important details about our needs so we can find the perfect fit. Accounting Software: Quickbooks Online

E-Commerce Platform: Shopify

Integrations:

• A2X
• Bill.com
• Divvy
• Stripe
• Paypal
• Amazon Pay
• Gusto (Payroll)

Job Responsibilities

Desired Start Date: Between June 3 and June 15

Hours: 10 hours per week

We are flexible with what time of day you work but we will require 1 meeting per week in the first few weeks and then move to 1 meeting per month to go over month-end financials

Communication: WhatsApp, Email, Zoom Meetings

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a bookkeeper or accountant
• Experience working with a US-based company
• Expert Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Experience with managing Shopify, A2X, Amazon Pay, Divvy, Bill.com, and PayPal transactions
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills - speak up if there is something wrong or needs clarification
• High level of integrity and professional ethics - we trust our employees and staff to do the right thing, work hard, and be strong team players in our organization
