Job Description:

As an Administrative Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining our CRM system (Lofty) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Completing Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) accurately and on time.
  • Answering phones and responding to inquiries from clients and prospects.
  • Data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Providing a high level of excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting with transaction coordination and listing management tasks.
  • Maintaining relationships and communication with real estate and investor companies on various platforms.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish with advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Lofty, Curator, Follow up Boss) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
