Role Overview:

As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our transactions from start to finish. Working closely with agents, clients, and external partners, you will manage all aspects of the transaction process, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and company standards.

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of our Real Estate transaction process, including document management, deadline tracking, and communication among parties.
  • Act as the primary liaison between real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
  • Prepare and review transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state laws and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the Real Estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate transactions, including legal and financial principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals and teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of the transaction process.
