Full Job Description

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Executive Assistant to add to our growing team

Must be an experienced candidate who is ready to provide energy and excitement to the company

Job Responsibilities

A typical day would look like this:

• Start the day with a text to 'clock-in' - we work on the honor system so there's not a physical time clock software that we use
• Check your email to respond to any open emails and clear the inbox
• Check your Monday board to see what tasks have been assigned
• Work on all tasks assigned and communicate with CEO to ensure there is clarity and check for any additional tasks
• Join meetings and take meeting notes
• End the day with a quick summary/recap of the day

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of experience working as an executive assistant or virtual assistant
• Must be energetic and excited for a new role - looking for long-term employment and stability with a growing company
