PMU Marketer, LLC is the number #1 digital marketing company in the permanent makeup industry and is very well established in the beauty industry. We work with thousands of beauticians, estheticians, and artists around the globe to tap into the growing desire for beauty services and procedures. As our company grows, we are hiring full-time “Advertising Specialists'' to create, manage, and provide support for our Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns for our ever growing number of clients.

We have a small and growing, motivated team so we are looking for friendly team players who learn things very quickly. Learning our system, how we prefer our ads built, and how to respond to customers effectively requires much diligence.

Ideal Start Date: immediately

40 hours/week

Opportunity for pay raise after initial 6 months

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST KNOW GOOGLE ADS MANAGEMENT AND COMPLETE THE TRIAL TASKS BELOW:

1.) Create a loom or similar style video creating a google Display ad!

2.) Create a loom or similar style video, creating a google search ad!

3.) Create a loom or similar style video showing how you would create a Facebook ad and explain the targeting you choose behind the ad

Please note the ad copy must be indicative of the Permanent Makeup/ Microblading industry. Please do your research on the industry and look up what other types of ads are running on google for this industry. We are looking for your creativity for the ad copy, and looking at your knowledge of keyword targeting, and overall know how on how to build google display, and search ads.

Job Responsibilities

As a social Media and Google ads Manager you will be tasked daily to perform the following duties:

Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity

Develop social media content

Update social media content across all channels

Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network

Develop content or get it done by content developers

Keep an eye on social media trends

Communicate effectively to all senior management and content developers




Job Requirements

Qualifications

Social media marketing experience.

Experience developing social media strategies.

Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.

Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

Proven ability to build social media communities.

Understanding of graphic design principles.

Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.

Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
