We are looking for a Part-Time all around Marketing person to develop and execute marketing strategies that will help drive leads for our house painting business in the US. We want someone who knows most aspects of marketing, but does not need to be a master of all marketing strategies. They would be in charge of and executing all marketing efforts. We would like someone with the ability to draw up and execute a marketing plan and to develop and manage the marketing budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the home services industry, and will be able to work independently while aligning with our company's goals and values. Marketing Manager Position Vision

What is the purpose and objective of the position? The purpose of the position is to execute the marketing plan and help the organization meet its yearly lead flow and therefore production and revenue needs. The objective of the position is to execute marketing that represents the company brand and company value proposition accurately. Build and nurture new and existing relationships through multiple touchpoints and multimedia.    

What results reflect superior performance? High lead conversion rates. Sales appointments goals being met or exceeded. Staying within the marketing budget. Production goals being met. Local SEO dominance. Social media audience growing, entertained and informed. All other KPIs being met.  

How are these results significant to the organization? High lead conversion rates means the company is receiving qualified leads and not wasting administrative and sales team time. Sales appointments being met allows sales and production goals to be reached. Staying within budget allows the company to control overhead expenses and stay within industry marketing spend. Local SEO dominance builds the brand, keeps the company relevant and drives incoming leads. Social media engagement enables us to highlight our services and company values with a community of potential and existing customers.

What are the tasks and activities that this role will be responsible for? 

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote All American Painting Plus. Identify and target new market opportunities to expand our customer base. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships. Manage and optimize our website, SEO and social media platforms. Create and oversee digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Coordinate with other team members to produce high-quality visual content. Coordinate manpower for marketing events, community events and on the street campaigns. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Use insights from research to refine marketing strategies and tactics. Provide useful and easy to simple to understand metrics.


Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools 
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Google Local Service Ad campaigns
  • Experience in Search Engine Optimization
  • Able to update, manage and respond to all social media channels
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
