Real Estate Company is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Virtual Executive Assistant. As we enter our busy season, we are looking to expand our remote team and bring on board a dedicated individual who can assist with various tasks and support the day-to-day operations.

Additional Information:

  • This position offers a full-time remote setup aligned with Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • Offering a competitive salary up to $1,400 per month, plus opportunities for commissions.
  • You will be directly reporting to the CEO.

  • Experienced with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Competent in using project management tools.
  • Familiar with document management systems.
  • Knowledgeable in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their management tools.
  • Ability to perform basic data analysis using spreadsheet software.
  • Proficient in web browsing for research and information gathering.
