Full Job Description

Our General Admin Assistant supports our team efforts. A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness/aptitude to learn new skills are required. All team members can expect to learn all aspects of property management. You will receive training in all areas while ultimately managing all the administrative tasks assigned and supporting our company's senior-level managers.

Responsibilities

·        Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.

·        Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

·        Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings.

·        Must have strong writing and review skills, and skills in PowerPoint presentation.

·        Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.

·        Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.

·        Follow up on projects assigned to all members of the team.

·        Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.

·        Ability to multitask.

·        Be the kind of individual that your team can count on.

·        Self-motivated to continuously learn.

Skills

·        Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, project coordinator or similar role.

·        Excellent MS Office knowledge.

·        Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative and willing to take work independently.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Discretion and confidentiality.

·        Willing to work in a competitive environment.

·        Problem solving skills.

·        Ability to work without supervision.

WARNINGS:

·        Working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
