Full Job Description

Mucaro Media is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives, from ecommerce and retail promotions to engaging content for social media and email campaigns. The successful candidate will excel in visual storytelling, bringing both creativity and strategic thinking to every project.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital assets (static and motion) in multiple variations and sizes for paid social & paid search platforms (Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok etc.)
• Recut existing video & UGC footage into new creative assets to be tested on paid channels
• Work with the growth, creative & performance marketing teams to drive insights and learnings from creative tests.
• Brainstorm and research ad concepts and ideas to make sure our campaigns are always evolving and driving results in a constantly changing digital landscape.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital design for social media, performance marketing, web and email marketing.
• Experience with graphic design, motion design and UX/UI design
• Minor video editing experience is highly preferred
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Sketch, Figma, and other packages
• Familiarity with a test and learn creative framework: continue looking to iterate and find the next new winner.
• Excellent organization and communication skills. This role will be highly cross-functional with involvement in multiple projects and initiatives.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana etc.
• A passion for great content and the latest trends on the internet.
