The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, generate leads, and support Janie's growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of our marketing initiatives, lead strategic efforts, and make a significant impact with minimal oversight. We need someone who is not only comfortable navigating uncertainty but is also excited to take the lead in positioning Janie as a leader in healthcare staffing.
Demand Generation Campaigns:
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, blogs, and paid advertising, to generate high-quality leads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
Social Media Management & Strategy:
Manage social media content and strategy across platforms, creating engaging posts and driving community engagement. Develop and implement social media campaigns to build brand awareness and attract new followers in the healthcare industry.
Paid Advertising:
Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, display ads) to drive traffic and generate leads. Create compelling ad creatives independently, using design tools as needed.
SEO Strategy & Content Creation:
Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. Write blog posts, articles, and other content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience. Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership content relevant to healthcare staffing.
Brand Management:
Increase brand recognition and awareness through strategic marketing initiatives and consistent messaging. Support the development and execution of a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with our target audience and differentiates Janie in the market.
Event Support:
Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Manage event logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, and lead capture strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proven experience with social media management, content creation, and SEO strategy.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
Experience in the healthcare industry or staffing is a major plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
