Colder caller will be calling leads, set expectations, run comps on houses, set appointments, and follow up.
Job Responsibilities
You will be in charge of finding great deals for properties by examining the pictures of the house and being analytical. Setting appointments and being in commincation with the off market specialist.
Job Requirements
Required to work monday through friday, effective comminicating with serious buyers and following up with leads.
