Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have actual experience as an Inside Sales Agent in a B2C environment, with a proven track record of selling and closing mid to high-ticket goods or services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing leads, and closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to build rapport with potential clients to achieve sales targets.

Salary: $10-$15 p/hr range + bonuses per closed contract

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, and close sales for mid to high-ticket real estate offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by providing personalized service and addressing their specific needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving overall customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent, with a strong background in B2C sales and closing high-ticket products or services.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
