Full Job Description

We are seeking to hire an Intake Specialist who will be responsible for managing all incoming client interactions. The role entails handling client requests, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and managing a comprehensive client database. The ideal candidate should embody proactivity, exhibit exemplary team spirit, and possess strong empathy to effectively manage client communications.


Job Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and emails from potential clients to schedule initial consultations with attorneys.
  • Assisting during consultations by preparing retainers and invoices, and guiding clients through the retaining and payment process.
  • Communicating with clients via phone and video conference to provide case updates and answer questions.
  • Simplifying complex legal procedures for non-English speaking clients.
  • Managing schedule to meet with prospective clients, follow up with those who declined, and conduct quality control calls with current clients.
  • Introducing clients to the legal team once their case begins.
  • Providing feedback to management on lead quality and volume based on frontline experience.
  • Using a consultative approach during sales calls to demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Updating CRM systems with interaction details in a timely manner.



Job Requirements

  • Full time to start: 30 hours a week or more upon hiring.
  • Work hours for this position are in the US Pacific Time zone
  • General administrative task management, knowledgeable in different tools like, Slack, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in English and Spanish)
  • Proven track record in consultative sales and telephone sales.
  • Success in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and customer closing.
  • Independent, self-starting attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive with great follow-through and attention to detail.
