Legal Intake Specialist

Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Intake Specialist to join Liberty Law Team, a criminal, post trial, civil law firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake process for potential clients and assisting in the growth of our business through sales.

Available Shifts: Monday - Friday 11am EST - 8pm EST, Wednesday - Sunday 11am - 8pm EST

• A video roleplaying as if you were a legal intake specialist pitching Liberty Law Team to a new lead/client, using our sales script (attached below)

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client consultations via phone
• Qualify potential clients by gathering necessary information and assessing their legal needs
• Schedule appointments for potential clients with attorneys
• Communicate effectively with clients and attorneys to ensure smooth communication and transition of cases
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions
• Use sales techniques to identify potential opportunities for new business and promote our services

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work RELIABLY and RESPONSIBLY in a virtual office setting
• Must be HIGHLY FLUENT in English
• Must have experience using VPN software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM software
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
