Looking for a Lead Manager!

Full Job Description

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Manager. Our company specializes in buying and selling vacant land across the United States. This role is pivotal in our success, as you'll be the primary point of contact for qualifying leads generated through our marketing efforts.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm CST or 9am-6pm CST.

We are looking for someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay $7-$10 an hour and bonus potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from warm leads generated through marketing efforts
• Engage with callers to gather information and qualify leads
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns
• Pass qualified leads on to the Acquisition Manager for negotiation

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or field is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Real Estate experience is preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize incoming calls
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport

• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 gen or equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
