Full Job Description

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Manager. Our company specializes in buying and selling vacant land across the United States. This role is pivotal in our success, as you'll be the primary point of contact for qualifying leads generated through our marketing efforts.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm MST

We are looking for someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay anywhere between $5-$8 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage in phone conversations with warm leads to gather information and qualify them based on established criteria.
  • Verify leads' comfort with a range offer, negotiate acceptable selling prices, and transfer qualified leads to our acquisition manager.
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline for our closer to finalize the deal.
  • Make daily follow-up calls to warm and cold leads, and pass interested leads to the closer.
  • Keep meticulous records of all interactions in our CRM system and provide regular updates to management.
  • Aim to meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.


Job Requirements

  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English with minimal foreign accent.
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in real estate deals or extensive B2C high-ticket sales knowledge.
  • Proficient in CRM software, G Suite, and Slack for team communication.
  • Experience with Google Earth for property review.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate call notes in the CRM.
  • Ability to take initiative, excel at creative problem-solving, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Committed to personal and professional growth, aiming to improve by 1% daily.
  • Comfortable with negotiating with sellers, understanding that listening and asking good questions is key to sales.
  • Enjoy learning about sales outside of work for long-term benefits.

  • Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
  • RAM: 8 GB or more.
  • Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
  • Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
