Looking for a Social Media Manager!

Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and help us build a strong online presence. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST.

We want someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay anywhere between $8-$15 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a broadcast channel on Instagram similar to Ben Kelly, Tiffany High, Alex Hormozi, and Dan Martell’s profile.
• Develop and implement a social media strategy across multiple platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content.
• Build and maintain a content calendar.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
• Analyze metrics and adjust strategies for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
• Collaborate with the team to align social media strategies 
• Edit B-roll content for all social media platforms
• Design and build engaging carousels
• Make high-quality reels using AI tools.
• Perform extensive editing of short video content

Job Requirements

• More than 3 years of Social Media Management experience or related field.
• Video editing experience. (long and short form)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms especially Instagram.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
