Full Job Description

We are looking for a talented Transaction Coordinator to join our esteemed real estate team. As a Transaction Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth real estate transactions from start to finish. This role calls for excellent customer service, sales skills, and top-notch organization.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 11am-7pm EST.

We are looking for someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay $8 an hour and grow with your growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for everyone involved in real estate transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the process with patience and clarity.
  • Communicate effectively in English with an American accent.
  • Use your sales skills to build trust with sellers and create positive relationships.
  • Manage schedules efficiently, arranging appointments and meetings with ease.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete, following regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with agents, lenders, and others to keep transactions moving smoothly.


Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the role/field
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficiency in English, with an American accent.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in handling different situations.

  • Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 10th gen or equivalent.
  • RAM: 8 GB or more.
  • Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
  • Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
