Full Job Description

We are looking to add a full-time acquisitions manager to join our land investment company. We specialize in buying and selling vacant land across the United States. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to contribute to our growth and success.

We are looking for a closer with amazing sales and leadership skills! Please do not apply if this is not you!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (10am EST to 6pm EST).

Pay:

Base Salary between $10/hr-$16/hr (depending on experience) plus up to $10,000 in bonus every year.

Job Responsibilities

• Talk to pre-qualified, warm leads.
• Refine offer prices for competitive deals.
• Present offers convincingly.
• Negotiate with potential sellers.
• Finalize purchase agreements.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales or a related field.
• Proven success with American company sales, emphasizing negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written) with a natural American accent.
• Commitment to long-term professional relationships and career growth.
• Aspirations for a leadership role within the organization.

• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 or AMD equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup
